Formidable is a drag and drop forms designer for WordPress blogs. The interface is well laid out and very logical. To create a form you can start from scratch, or select an available template as a starting point. To add fields to a form simply drag one of the available field types from the button list on the right and drag it to the location where you want it on your form. Every field has a dropdown panel (see the Email field in the image) which shows all of the available settings for that field.
A good selection of field types such as radio, list, URL, etc are provided, and some of the fields have some validation scripts behind them; for example, checking the format of an email address to make sure it is a valid format. However, as with many of the WordPress form plugins, Formidable does not accommodate default values for a field nor the use of field codes for the default values.
Formidable comes in a basic (free) version which has a limited set of field types and a two pro versions which unlocks all of the field types as well as various formatting and styling options. For the pro version, there is a single site license for $37 and an unlimited license for $97.
